Life-coaching is about driving sustainable quality results by using established coaching skills and people experience. It is a step by step process to achieve desired results.
There is no magic life-coaching wand. It is a journey that starts with clarification about your strengths and weaknesses.
The first step is self-awareness.
Then when we can identify the blockages that hold you back and therefore define your goals.

Mental life-coaching
I will simply explain how our brain works. How to exit or feel comfortable when your brain is wired in threat instead of reward mode. We will go through techniques and resources to adopt habits to avoid your Pre-Frontal Cortex being hijack by your Limbic system. One of my stamp marks is the fun principle to enjoy life to the fullest.
Physical life-coaching
The gut microbiome can impact your digestion, immune system, and even your mood. Yes, I am talking about your Gut. On this physical feature of life-coaching, we will uncover how every physical activity can impact your wellbeing. How food, sleep, movement contribute to your mental and physical resilience. We will also establish the links between your physical lifestyle and your emotions. This greater understanding is the foundation to put in place the right resources for higher wellbeing.
Connections life-coaching
When I am talking about connections it is about every relationship you have in your life. Colleagues, friends, family, peers, spouse, etc... We will discuss how to build effective relationships. How your behaviours impact the type of relationships you have. This part of life coaching is supported by behavioural models. Together we will decide and design what solution is the most appropriate for your desired relationships.
My life-coaching programmes.
- The first phase of the programme is about inner work. With a greater understanding of yourself, we establish your habits, how you perceive yourself and the view of the world around you.
- The second phase is to determine new patterns to overcome what holds you back. Practicing, tracking, evaluating those patterns all along the process to achieve breakthroughs. We will celebrate those successes that will build confidence in your new ways of living or working.
- The last phase is to ensure you achieve the goals you envisioned at the beginning of the coaching programme. You will have build new inner resources to feel and be the best version of yourself.
